About Island Rides and Errands

 

Island Rides and Errands is owned by Devin, who is a full-time resident of Southwest Florida. He was drawn to the area like many of you because of the amazing weather and beautiful beaches. He has always had a passion for helping people which is why he went into the military after graduating high school. He served 4 years in the Navy then returned to get his college degree. Devin is married to his wife Monica, and they have 3 adorable Shih Tzu’s.  When Devin isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family, manning the BBQ, and checking out all that Southwest Florida has to offer.

 Southwest International Airport, Punta Gorda Airport, Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport and Miami International

Cancellation Policy

At Island Rides and Errands, we believe in providing truly personalized luxury service and that starts with reserving your time exclusively for you. When you book with us, we turn away other customers requesting that same time slot so we can guarantee you a safe, on-time, reliable ride.

Because of this commitment, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation.

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No charge — simply let us know and we'll happily rebook you.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: A charge of 50% of the ride cost will apply, as this short notice often means we're unable to fill that reserved time slot with another customer.

  • Flight-related changes: We understand travel doesn't always go as planned. If your cancellation is due to a flight delay, cancellation, or schedule change, this fee will be waived — just let us know the details so we can assist you.

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to continue offering the dedicated, high-quality service our customers count on. If you have any questions or need to make a change to your reservation, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
